With a career spanning Big Four public accounting, hypergrowth startups, and global enterprise leadership, Harisimran has built deep expertise in both technical precision and strategic execution. At Ernst & Young, she managed tax compliance and advisory projects for clients with revenues exceeding $100 billion, leading initiatives that generated over $50 million in client tax savings. She later scaled her leadership experience as VP Finance at Augmedix, a 1,000+ person global digital health company, and Head of Finance at Housecall Pro during their hypergrowth phase.

As CFO of KIIT Company Inc., Harisimran oversaw a diverse global portfolio encompassing health and wellness, innovative products, and environmentally focused ventures. This experience in managing complex, multi-entity structures directly translates to her current role, where she supports real estate fund managers with sophisticated fund administration needs.

Since joining SponsorCloud in 2024, Harisimran has led the expansion of professional services, specializing in fund administration, tax compliance, and waterfall structures for partnerships with up to $100 million in equity under management. Her team provides the financial backbone that allows fund managers to focus on deal execution while maintaining investor confidence through accurate reporting and compliance.
