2FA (Two Factor Authentication)

Our platform uses 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) which provides a safe and secure way for all our users to sign up and login to the platform. To ensure that the communication between our users' devices and the platform is safe, we have implemented AES 256 encryption mechanism which protects all the communication between the user’s device and our platform from outside threats and vulnerabilities.

AES 256 Encryption (SSL TLS)

Encryption is one of the most common ways to protect sensitive data. The AES 256 encryption algorithm ensures that the communication between the two applications is not readable to the outside world, in case of any hack or system threat. It provides confidentiality, integrity, and authentication to both communication and data.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Data access is tightly controlled RBAC, restricted to authorized Customer Success and Engineering Leads. All actions are performed transparently, with customers notified of any updates made on their behalf during investigations or support.

Robust Platform

We built our platform around continuous delivery to ensure reliable service for our customers.

We maintain multiple copies of the Database replica ourselves, which ensures that there is more than 1 DB available in case something happens to the primary DB.

We have an automatic backup facility that maintains and updates the replica DBs twice every 24 hours. This helps us in keeping the most updated data in the backup.
