Ameet Mehta

As the Co-founder of SponsorCloud, Ameet has been instrumental in positioning the solution as the industry standard for managing the full capital-raising lifecycle: from investor onboarding to fund administration. Since launching SponsorCloud in 2018, he has been at the center of transforming how real estate sponsors and fund managers scale their operations, engage investors, and unlock new sources of capital.

His leadership is rooted in his experience as a serial entrepreneur and Founder & Partner at FirstPrinciples Holding Company, where he has built and scaled multiple B2B SaaS companies across a global team of over 150 professionals.

Ameet's entrepreneurial journey includes founding Azadi, an angel-funded health product distribution company that built networks of female entrepreneurs across three states in India, and serving as a board member of the Milaan Foundation, which has impacted over 18,000 children and young people in disadvantaged communities.

Outside of work, Ameet enjoys watching football as a Chicago Bears fan, playing golf, and continuing his commitment to social impact through his board work with the Milaan Foundation.
